4003dn Terms and Conditions

Clause 1

General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 4003dn ("Platform", "we", "our") and every registered or unregistered user of this platform ("you", "user").

By creating an account, logging in, or playing any game on 4003dn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Registration and Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account login credentials (password, PIN) completely confidential.

Clause 4

Identity Verification (KYC)

4003dn may request any one of the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Birth registration certificate (where applicable)
• Proof of connection to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account

If documents are not submitted or verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

Clause 5

Account Closure and Suspension

4003dn reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• At the user's own request in connection with a responsible gaming application.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (if present) will be returned, however bonus balance will be forfeited.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 4003dn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be considered a violation of these terms.

Withdrawal Rules

Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)

4003dn is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Using the platform as a channel for any unlawful or suspicious financial transaction is strictly prohibited.

In the case of suspicious transactions, 4003dn reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and may immediately suspend transactions on that account.

Welcome Bonus

4003dn offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

• To receive the bonus, the eligible bonus code (where applicable) must be used at the time of the first deposit.
• To make the bonus balance withdrawable, the wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement will be shown in the account dashboard.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per user.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 4003dn reserves the right to cancel the bonus without investigation.

Clause 10

General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotions and offers from 4003dn:

• 4003dn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

VIP Program

4003dn's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier changes depend on the user's activity on the platform. 4003dn reserves the right to modify the details of the VIP program at any time.

Clause 12

Gaming Code of Conduct

The following code of conduct must be followed when playing games on 4003dn:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any automated bot, software, or technique is prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other users to play dishonestly is prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players or dealers in live casino games is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the associated balance.

Clause 13

Technical Errors and Disputes

If an abnormality appears in a game result due to a technical issue, 4003dn reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager amount.

Severability
